The Council Regulations

Membership

The Council members are the leaders of Ukrainian Christian Churches registered in Washington State who signed the Declaration of Establishment of the Council (hereinafter—the Declaration) at its founding meeting or joined the Council with the consent of the current members.

Membership in the Council is:

(a) acquired in case of joining the Declaration by signing it and a favorable decision of the Council to approve the application for membership, which the church leader submits to the Executive Secretary of the Council;

(b) terminated at will based on the church leader's written application submitted to the Executive Secretary of the Council or by a decision of the Council.

Leaders of Ukrainian Christian Churches in Washington State who are not members of the Council, as well as religious and public figures, experts, representatives of the Ukrainian diaspora, etc., may apply to the Executive Secretary of the Council for observer status in the event of (a) agreement with the purpose and objectives of the Council, and (b) recognition and adherence to Christian values. Observers participate in open Council meetings in an advisory capacity.
