With a bachelor's degree in theology, ​Bishop Viktor Prokhor has served his church, the local community of Washington, and all over the United States with humility and wisdom since 1999, showing dedication and unwavering faith in Christian leadership. Before relocation to the US, he served as a bishop at the Ukrainian Pentecostal Church and was a rector of the Kyiv Bible Institute. His church ministry in Ukraine began in the mid-1980s.
